2.2 | Reporting Violations of the WTAMU Student Handbook
2.2.A | To file allegation(s) of violation(s) against student(s) or student organization(s), individuals should complete an Online Incident Report form, which can be found at: https://cm.maxient.com/reportingform.php?WestTexasAMUniv&layout_id=0. The written allegation should describe the action or behavior in question, include a list of involved parties and, when possible, contain documentation such as photos or official paperwork that supports the reporter's allegations. Individuals may also file a report in person at the Office of Community Standards in the Jack B. Kelley Student Center, Suite 102P.
